Cardio before or after weights?

Basically, the best time to do cardio is either during or after a workout, or first thing in the morning…

You can to perform cardio at different times of the day to see what works best for you, as everyone is different at the end of the day.

However, those are the times that work best for me!

So since there are many benefits to cardio, you should definitely take part in it, every week, whether it’s steady state cardio or high intensity interval training (HIIT).
