This is on lower back exercises. Strengthening your lower back is very important because it helps prevent injuries in your lower back. Lower back injuries are one of the most common injuries. This video will show you 3 great lower back exercises in order of beginner to advance. 1) Supermans Starting Position Lie facedown on the floor, legs together and straight, arms straight and extended above your head. Keep your head/neck in a neutral position. Movement Keeping limbs straight, simultaneously lift your arms and legs up toward the ceiling to form a curve with your body. When you get to the top hold for at least 3 seconds, then slowly come back down that is 1 rep. As you get stronger increase the time you hold a the top. Try 2 sets of 8 reps with the longest time your able to hold for at the top to complete 8 reps. P.S.
